Aloha! Come join us for a Summertime Hawaiian Luau Saturday, August 24  6:00-9:00pm.

Voices of Hope, 7:30pm Friday August 23, 2019

St. Simon hosts a free concert featuring the Voices of Hope Humanitarian Choir and players from the acclaimed Cal Arte Ensemble performing works by George Frideric Handel and distinguished composer Henry Mollicone including his Beatitude Mass for the homeless.

The Voices of Hope Humanitarian Choir is a volunteer group made up of singers from several local musical organizations. Singers are from the San Jose Symphonic Choir, St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church (Saratoga), Prince of Peace Lutheran Church (Saratoga), St. Luke Lutheran Church (Sunnyvale), and from St Simon’s Adult Choir. The Cal Arte Ensemble is run by our own choir director, Tamami Honma.

The purpose of Voices of Hope is to raise funds for social justice and homelessness – causes that serve the local communities our concerts are performed in. Our hope is that the music we present inspires our audience members to make a difference for people in poverty. We hope to see you on August 23!
