A great kick-off to the school year!

It is time once again for
"The St. Simon Parish Wide Fall BBQ
~ Western Style!"

Come on down to a Root'n Toot'n Good Time!
Jump in those cowboy (or cowgirl) boots,
find that western hat and join in the party!
Friday, September 9th in the main Parish Parking Lot
(yes ~ even under-construction ~ we have fun)

Time: 6:00 - 9:00 pm

Cost:
0-4 years old = Free
5-12 years old = $8.00 each
13 years and older = $14.00 each

The Price includes:
Western Papergoods, Decorations, Music, Dancing, Kids' Activities such as Supervised Inflatable Dual Slide & of course, Delicious Food and Drinks!

WE'VE GOT Ponies!
Live pony rides for children 2-8 years old
will be offered for $2.00 a ride.
Tickets sold at the event.

Menu from our all time favorite local Deli ~ Alottas!
* BBQ Chicken and Hot dogs
* Assorted Salads
* Baked Beans
* Corn Bread

Dessert: "Cowboy/Cowgirl Chocolate Cake"
Drinks Included: Lemonade and Water
BEER Tickets Sold for $2.00 each!

PLEASE PAY AT THE CHECK IN TABLE TO RECEIVE YOUR EVENT WRISTBAND AND TO EAT!

** This is a church sponsored event ~ therefore, all participants are on the "honor system" - we trust that if your RSVP, you will pay (even in the event that you are unable to make it). Thanks for your understanding.

** Due to the wonderful parishioner attendance we receive at this event, and to better plan for enough food ~ no "walk-ins for dinner will be allowed" ~ just too hard to accommodate.
